Round 13 of the 1964 Tel Aviv Chess Olympiad (Men) Final A group was a draw between the Dutch player Coen Zuidema and Bulgarian master Milko Bobotsov. The Tel Aviv Olympiad was the 16th Chess Olympiad and was held in November 1964.

Coen Zuidema was a Dutch grandmaster active from the 1960s through the 1980s. Milko Bobotsov was a Bulgarian master who would later become a grandmaster (1968). Their direct encounter was a competent draw between solid players of the period.

The opening was a Spanish Opening (Ruy Lopez). The middlegame produced no concrete chances for either side; the endgame was balanced and the draw was accepted in 32 moves.

The 1964 Tel Aviv Olympiad was won by the USSR (8-0 in won matches), followed by Yugoslavia and West Germany. The Olympiad format — team-based 4-board matches between national teams — has been used since 1927 and remains the most prestigious team event in chess. The 1964 edition introduced several reforms that became standard: official FIDE supervision, formal rating system integration, and the prize structure that has continued to the present.
